- All Deliveries are next day with a delivery cut off 2pm.
- Live tracking of the items provided once dispatched through the associated companies with an estimated time of arrival on the morning of delivery.

Arrow AXL 2-man delivery company
- Arrow will deliver larger items or over 30kg. (Washing machine – fridge freezers Americans)
- 2man room of choice delivery service as standard.
- Tracking information provided once dispatched.
- Arrow xl will email/SMS confirmation of delivery once dispatched.
- 2-hour time slot night before or in the morning of delivery
- They can unpack for an extra cost (£5)
- Old Product Collection to be offered
- For a fee of £19.99 we can remove your old appliance when we deliver your new one. The old appliance must be disconnected and pulled out of situ before the delivery team arrive.
- Delivery is a 48-hour courier with a cut of at 2PM Monday – Saturday.
