Returns: How it works

Returning an item to us is as easy as ordering. Usually, there isn’t even a collection fee, even if you’ve just changed your mind!

Full manufacturer guarantee for 1 or 2 years

All Home Feeling goods come with a manufacturer guarantee of at least one year, often two. Should a product be damaged on arrival, or if it develops a fault during the guarantee period, please contact us. We shall arrange collection and/or replacement, as appropriate. Please contact us as soon as the problem arises.

Changed your mind within 30 days? How to get a full refund, without collection fee!

If you have not unwrapped your product, so it is still exactly as it was when we delivered it to you, we’ll come and collect it and give you a full refund, usually without even a collection fee. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll do all we can to help.

Your satisfaction is our priority

Your delivery driver(s) will check that you are happy before they leave. All feedback is welcome. If there is a problem, it is especially important that you let us know as soon as possible. You should do this by telling the driver and by contacting us.

You will be asked for feedback on your delivery via email. Please provide it If you can as it helps to continuously improve our service offering.
