A: An estimated delivery date will have been shown at the checkout before you completed your order. You will receive an email notifying you when the item has been dispatched and again when it is out for delivery. If you entered your mobile number at the checkout, you'll receive text updates from the courier.


A: We try to list the full dimensions for each item online, however you must be aware that the dimensions won’t include any protruding features such as handles and controls. The dimensions represent just the casing of the item. Although we try our best to be as accurate as possible, the measurements and weights that are displayed on our website are approximate.


A: Please take a look at our returns page for more information on how to return an order.


A: Yes, everything that we have available will be online for you to purchase. However, we do get new stock regularly so it is worth checking the website again in a couple of weeks. If an item you want is listed on the website but is out of stock, you can leave your email address so that we can notify you when it comes back in stock. Alternatively, you can contact us and we can recommend a different product.


A: All of our appliances come with a manufacturer’s warranty as standard. More information about this can be found on the product listing and in the user manual you will receive with the item.


A: No, there is no obligation to create a Home Feeling account, you are able to check out as a guest.


A: When you have a Home Feeling account, you won’t have to enter your details every time you want to place a new order. Your address and payment details can be stored ready for next time. You will also be emailed any promotions and discount codes when you have an account.


A: If the fridge freezer has been lying down, then you must wait 12 hours before turning it it on. However, if it has been stood up then you can turn it on after 4 hours.


A: When your item is out for delivery, you will receive an estimated time of arrival from the courier.
