Free delivery: How it works
We offer free delivery on almost all items, to almost all of the UK. We do this in partnership with ArrowXL. They are reliable and their two-person services for larger items, are especially good.
Delivery to most locations, six days a week
Our ArrowXL drivers deliver to 98% of the UK population, including hard to reach areas. The exceptions are some of the more remote Scottish Highland and island areas and the Isles of Scilly.
Most areas are served six days a week. When you enter your postcode as part of the ordering process, options and any restrictions, will come up.
What happens once you have placed an order
- ArrowXL contact you to agree a suitable delivery date
- The day before, you receive an SMS with a 2-hour time slot for the delivery.
- From 7am on the day, you can track your delivery, online.
- About 30 minutes before arrival, ArrowXL will call to say they are on their way.
Uniformed drivers with clear ID, 6 days a week
Our ArrowXL drivers will greet you in uniform, with ID cards. When the delivery is complete, they will ask for your signature on a hand-held electronic terminals, which also takes picture to confirm the delivery.
Installation and assembly options
Optional services with your delivery include the installation and connection of appliances and flat-pack assembly. Just tick the relevant box when ordering the products you want.
Your satisfaction is our priority
Your delivery driver(s) will check that you are happy before they leave. All feedback is welcome. If there is a problem, it is especially important that you let us know as soon as possible. You should do this by telling the driver and by contacting us.
You will be asked for feedback on your delivery via email. Please provide it If you can as it helps to continuously improve our service offering.
